Event Details

The menu is taking shape!  We're thinking...

  • Aperitivo – Prosecco and stuzzichini including "cecina" - made from traditionally milled chick pea flour - and fried sage leaves.
  • Pappa al Pomodoro – rustic Tuscan tomato and bread soup – Cinzia will have to bring the bread in her suitcase to make it just right!
  • Salsicce and fagioli all’uccelletto – Italian sausage and “birdy” beans (which I covered in one of my first blog posts onTuscan Comfort Food)
  • Castagnaccio - a very particular and quintessentially autumnal Tuscan dessert, made with traditionally milled chestnut flour, pine nuts, and rosemary.

Contribution is £35 (we pay the service charge for EventBrite) and wine is BYO.  Dinner starts at 8 o'clock sharp, and we will send you an email with directions once you have confirmed by making your contribution.  Please be sure to include a phone number so we can call you if there is any issue with your booking.
